Lone Star RCH (Residential Care Home) is an assisted living facility located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas. Our caregivers create a warm environment by conversing with residents socially, taking meal/snack suggestions, letting them decorate their rooms and much more. We offer a personalized care plans - so that each resident’s specific needs are met and helps to ensure their overall health and wellbeing. To keep residents active, we offer a range of activities such as: movie night, game night, music hour, arts and crafts. We don’t just have bingo night!  Caregiver(s) are available 24/7 to provide continued care and support. Our goal is to ensure a holistic approach to physical, emotional and social well-being.
